Dearth of Customer Focus
<p>As a user of multiple services, multiple contracts and even prepaid services, I have had so many issues with Telkom services over the last 5 years, ranging from account queries, signal strength issues, device problems, to plain incompetence and inability of Telkom staff to attend to things properly - just basic good customer service and follow through on issues. Some querries are still open with the "techincal" department for months.</p> <p>Apart from the obvious frustrations with the above, is the frustration of not being able to address competence issues, mentality of Telkom regarding being customer focussed, and the unavailability of Telkom via established channels to address problems other than technical problems.</p> <p>The Telkom website offers a wide variety of "help" when you have technical problems, but not even a single contact numberfor complaining about the other issues as mentioned. Really strange!</p> <p>Is Telkom to big to care about being customer focussed? Or are they of opinion that addressing technical issues only regarding their service is the only dimension of being customer focussed?</p>

As stated, not a single contact number to discuss the "other" issues as mentioned. Again I find it strange that you are NOT able to provide me with a contact number while you made the effort to respond to my complain on hellopeter, nor any email address to get into contact with someone. Can you see the trend??
