Deals seems ok but service is very bad!!

Hi there good and easy to sign up but very difficult to sign out tryd canceling a month to month contract with means u can cancel at anytime still can't cancel tryd everything over the phone for many minutes in the store then again with the manager who said she punched in some code that only she has so now it will definitely be canceled within 7 days that was in may and it's still not cancelled tryd the telkom app wich never seems to work also I don't know wat to do to cancel this contract anymore I decided I'm not wasting my time anymore stopped the debits and now its handed over to the attorney's pnp attorneys who I told to give me a chance to get all the papers together luckily I have a proof of cancellation if u cancel with telkom make sure u ask for a proof of cancellation I wanted to change the last one to wireless but a friend told me to wait till the first one is cancelled luckily I did that I definitely wont be signing another contract with them... the deals seems good but the service I promise is very bad!!
