************ dealings of Telkom

Telkom is ********* with shocking service I paid my installment by EFT and they still wanted to debit my account even after payment was reflecting they charged me R202 penalty which they refuse to refund. They have no concept of customer service. You received your money!!! You telling me I need to pay you 10 days before month instead of 5 is *******. If you received your payment you should be able to reverse uncalled for charges. So sick of dealing with you as a whole!
