dealing with telkom is hell and calls are never answered and the online live chat useless

<p>im truly disapointed with telkom as this is now the second time having to deal with drama from telkom firstly i had an account in the past with telkom that i had called to disconnect my telkom line cause i was moving then they handed over my account to dept collectors cause of a problem caused by telkom due to not following instructions that was about 3 years ago after i had complained problem was fixed telkom confirming that problem was on there side was fixed i was very happy early this year i contacted telkom again to request that they install a line as my new home ,what did telkom do they sent out an installer but instead of the installer coming to number 13 he went to number 14 and i had clearly stated were i was staying the installer then contacted his manager then he did installation at my house i was happy now iv just got home because iv been out of the country i find my account has been disconnected and handed over to dept collectors and i remember very well requesting a debit order to be done on my account everymonth on the 23rd witch wasnt done for like 6 to 7 months now my account is disconnected and now im getting sms's treathing my credit record iv got like 6 accounts with diffrent companys and telkom is hell to deal with i will pay the money and cancell my telkom line i will rather just buy data and would never recomend anyone to telkom not even a stranger cause all expirances iv had with telkom have been hell and strange thing is thier calls are always being recorded but they are unable to pick up these problems so who ever is reading this go back to yor recordings and listen over and over again to the calls and me requesting a debit order</p>
