Dealing with Rona is easier than Telkom

Giving just 1 star is too kind. I have just taken out a contract with you guys and you very quick to take my business and money. However heaven forbid I need to update anything, I have wasted my whole morning to get someone to help but let's be honest there is no one willing to help. It's a simple request to change from me needing to buy a voucher to you billing me instead. Why is this so hard @telkom???? It truly feels that you make it hard for clients to contact you that way you don't need to deal with complaints. This is disgusting and won't recommend to friends. I actually feel bad for staff there because you make it hard for them to help your clients.
