Deal of the month Help needed
<p>I signed up online for Telkoms R799 uncapped adsl deal and was contacted by an agent last week who verified all my details over the phone. A good 20 minute phone call too. A week later and im starting to doubt that he was actually from Telkom. I still have no order number, no reference number, no installation date yet. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can i please get assistance? 10210 is just beeping and so is 10213. </p>

I have not heard from Telkom as yet despite even going to a store and re applying. I went to visit your Somerset mall branch on Monday the 16th of January 17… They checked the system and the agent who called me never captured my application on file…I remained calm, as if no one wasted my time, and proceeded to do the application in store. 3 days later and I still have no confirmation that the order is placed, no order number, no installation date, nothing. I don’t understand…im a client begging to give you my hard earned cash and yet I fail everytime. Can you please assist?
