Deal 6 for 11 and 12 December 2017

Today the 11th of December 2017 i went to upgrade my smart plan 50 contract. Upon arrival i noticed that the deal 6 is active where you can get a Samsung Galaxy S8+, wireless charger and the FREE Gear S3 Frontier. I decided to upgrade my contract to the Free me 20gb as previously decided due to my bill being high every month. When asking the sales rep if i would get the whole package as stated above in this message the rep mentioned that it is only new contracts that qualify for this deal. This is totally unacceptable that i do not "qualify" for this as im an upgrade client. I have been a loyal paying user of the telkom mobile service for the past 4 years. Me upgrading my contract today should have received this deal fully. Nowhere in your adverts or on the printed leaflet does it stipulate that these deals are only for new clients and not for contracts being upgraded. The deal stipulates that you get this deal where the gear s3 is included from the free me 10gb up to the Free me unlimited contracts. I should get a gear s3 as my previous contract with you cost me R479 per month where i will now be paying the full amount of R1299 per month for my Free me 20gb. I believe this is false advertising and i expect to get the full package as stated in your advert for today the 11th and 12th of december 2017. Even though i did upgrade my package today, i still switched over to a bigger package that qualifies for this deal. On top of all of this, Telkom Mobile Menlyn did not have stock of the wireless charger that is included in the deal. When will i get my charger? ? I hope that Telkom Mobile as a Reputable service provider can deliver on my request and give me what is owed to me. I want my wireless charger and gear s3.
