dead telkom phone line - losing business

Our Telkom Business Line has been dead for full week. That meas no business call during the most busiest time of the year. Faults calls logged are too many to count and not a single response from Telkom! Its the second time this is happening in the same month and we're only mid month. Our line has been more off than on.

Can someone please find out what is happening!
