Dead phone line
<p>I am in a medical practice in Cape Town with a dead telephone line and phoned these guys 5 times today already. I was told just now that they have not even tested the line, apparently they do not understand the importance of a working telephone and fax line in a medical practice......no phone calls, no results from the lab or radiologists via fax</p>

The fault is currently linked to a bulk fault logged for cable failure.
Because of the extent of the fault it unfortunately takes longer than a normal line fault to repair.
