Dead landline AGAIN!!
My landline is dead AGAIN - it was dead just a couple of weeks ago and it took 2-3 days to fix and now it has gone out AGAIN. Bad service with obviously badly trained technicians. Your landline is not supposed to go completely dead within a couple of weeks of each other. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE !!!!
