Dead landline - 9 Days and counting

<p>My landline has been dead since 31 Aug 2016, I logged an issue the next day (1st Sept). It is now 8 Sept and still not working. </p> <p>I spoke to an agent, and was told there is no timeline as to when it will be fixed, and there still has no technitian assigned to this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is what is happening if a company has monopoly over fixed landlines, they dont care a bit. As long as you pay for the non-existant service they are happy. ****** the customer!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the typical service we get used to in South Africa. You ALWAYS have to shout, screem and "throw your toys out of the cot" before anything will be done (I hope).</p> <p> </p> <p>***</p>
