Dead landline

<p>HOW is it possible that a landline can't be fixed 13 (!!) days later! I got a reference nr, just to find out 7days later that no technician was assigned. For the past 6 days there is just empty promises.<br /><br />We are depending on our landline!!</p>

So how long can it take to fix a ****** cable??? Ironic that our neighbour's farm within a radius of 3 km, has no problem with their Telkom line?

This is getting ridicilous!!!!!!!

And when I TRY tot track the fault under my reference nr, it say that it was resolved on 05-09-2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!!! NOT a happy customer!!
