Deactivation of sim card after airtime was loaded

On the 21 July 2024 my wife transfered airtime to my number to the value of R100 and it even reflected and I immediately bought 15GB worth R99, the SIM card was still working but I couldn't access internet and I thought it due to network coverage.

On the 25th of July I logged into X and contacted Telkom and I was told that my SIM card was deactivated on the 23rd of July. This got me really angry because i still had R4.00 on the card and topped it with R100 on the 21st but only to be deactivated after I loaded money on it.

I want Telkom to bring back my airtime because they deactivated my card after I loaded money on it, till today they haven't resolved my issue hence I came to this platform.
