Deactivated my telkom number

I have a problem with Telkom I bought a Sim card at a telkom store I have been using the Sim card. But now it says the Sim card is not working when I call telkom using another Sim card they say my number is deactivated but I did recar it but they say is deactivated and not Received anymore mara why don't telkom do this to me
