Deactivated my number for cancelling my contract

I logged a query to cancel my contract and Telkom decided to deactivate my number. Nobody informed me that cancelling a data contract imp**** that I no longer want my number — instead, I keep getting calls and messages about upgrading.

I called 10210 — the lady told me to call 10213 — that lady told me to call 081189 but that number doesn’t go through. I just want my number back!!!
