Deactivate Telkom Mobi

Will someone urgently deactivate my account from the wifi contract I took up with Telkom Mobi. The rates have gone up from R340 to R850 without my consent and I want this contract ended immediately! You make your signing up process the easiest yet terminating is near impossible.
