De-list letter

Can someone please assist in providing me with the letter stating that I am not owing telkom instead I AM UP TO DATE.Since I started using telkom 16 months ago I have never experience this problem of them listing me that my account is overdue,I spoke to thando Banda on the 9th of December and a made several follow ups as well.My itc reads that i have arears with telkom on that I can not apply or be approved to get a bond loan unless I get a letter from telkom stating that I am up to date.The previous month they debited my account and found that I had insufficient funds but I immediately went to deposit but I am suprised that I am being charged a rejection fee of R200.94 of which I find it too much.TELKOM PLEASE REPLY BACK TO ME AS IM STILL WAITING FOR THAT LETTER TO BE E-MAILED TO ME.This is starting to depress me as myu kids will not have a shelter again this year because of telkom mobile.I am not in good spirits not at all.
