Some time ago I saw an add on facebook . Telcom advertising 10gigant +10 gigs data for R99 a month. I opted for it thinking it a good deal. After some days an agent called me and i gave him all my details. After a couple of days i received a message saying that i didnt qualify but on the 25th of September they debited my account with R159 which I had reversed. Yesterday the 26th of October they debited my account with R159 again. They must credit my account with the R159 and stop debiting me please. It costs me money to go to the bank each time and the bank charges me R45 to reverse the debit order
