days and still no reply

Phoned Saturday 31/01 reported emails not working , poor lady tried , escalated to higher or second level heard nothing , phone Monday first thing nothing sort out , phone again today promised but nothing , I think it it is time they started paying for down time , all I can say what will happen if you pay the same way there service is .<br> <br> IT IS PATHETIC
