Our Telkom line was down for 4 months but Telkom continued to debit our account. We decided to reverse the stop order and Telkom handed us over to 3 different debt collectors. After fighting for months, constant back and forth and being transferred from pillar to post we were BUL**** into paying for NO SERVICES rendered just so they wouldn't blacklist us. We have to hold for almost an hour at a time just to get through to their useless call centre and the *********** people on the other end of the line, are not interested in resolving VALID queries. YOU WILL REGRET USING THEM!!!
