I have been paying Telkom for 4g LTE R900+ p/m. The best I get there days is: Ping ms - 18 Download Mbps - 1.01 Upload Mbps - 0.01

The best the support team can tell me is, "Sorry the tower is overloaded and we wont fix it"...ie. Thank you for paying, sucks to be you for staying...

This is theft!! I was promised at least 60Mbps when I signed up years ago, did not complain when I was at 30 Mbps, but this is just wasting time and money!!!
