**************** from Telkom for their mess up

Telkom is charging R10998 for a phone they delivered twice. Their service is so useless and no regard for their customers. I took out contract online which was delivered then another delivered 3 weeks after. Was a mission to get it collected eventually it got delivered and telkom confirmed all is well. A month later I got a bill of R10998. I need to take this up legally as they are refusing to resolve me issue
