Telkom is by far the worst network i have ever dealt with. I had a 2 year contract which was supposed to end July 2021. I had to liase and email to get my contract canceled. They kept on billing to find out they were billing me for my phone insurance which is supposed to be canceled with my phone contract. I had to contact different departments just to get my insurance and contact cancelled. They tripled my deductions in December 2021. I got email confirmation that my insurance was canceled, but still they kept billing me telkom Admin plus (the department that deals with insurance) said there's nothing i could do on my side and referred me to the billing department. The lady confirmed they owe me money and that they will not be bill me again. They billed me again for January and December. Telkom is rediculous, ********* and what they are doing is plain *******. I would not recommend telkom to anybody as they will rob you, and no one seems to take responsibility. Nobody can even refer me to a manager that's how unprofessional they are.
