I'm so fed up with Telkom and their ridiculous penalties.About 2months ago I changed my banking details with them to debit and the consultant assured me it will be debited,however it never happened and I got a penalty. Same thing happened again this month and I refuse to pay a cent more because it aint my fault. It's actually **************** that you expect me to pay the amount twice!! You can hand me over I have my prove that I spoke to your consultant regarding my banking details.
