<p>On the 4th of October telkom debited 1500 from my bank account whereas I was owing 1294 I disputed that amount and made EFT of 1300 the following day . now they charging me extra 200.94 when I call their billing department I'm told its because debit order didn't go through .that's ridiculous how can they rob me like that I can't pay extra 200 because of their fault at the first place if they didn't debit more than i was owing i wasnt gonna dispute .</p> <p>Please telkom stop being ****** money doesn't grow on the trees I work very hard for my money for telkom to just ***** and rob me like this i need right statement with correct amount for this month please!!!</p>
