I feel so ********** right now by you HELLKOM and Showmax ?. I was under the impression that I was going to pay R99 per month and that July was gonna be pro rata since I joined at the end of the month on the 28th as per the email that I received from Showmax. I've just received a very nasty surprise from you Telkom, now I got charged a ****IN' R400 for Showmax alone, HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? Then it means YOU an Showmax have been advertising a lie all along because I don't understand why am I being charged for 4 WHOLE MONTHS at a time when my subscription is a week old??? Why wasn't I pro-rated for July???? How the he'll do I pay for 1-31 July when I joined on the 28th??? Then I got charged again for 1-31 August. My issue is both billings were doubled by you Telkom. This is worse than paying DSTV, I'm so furious right now, this was the worst choice I've ever made, y'all are ****** ?!
