Telkom has the worst customer service error and they are daylight ******s. I request my debit order to be thd last day of the month bug they debit a day before and they bounce causing the bank to charge me for the unpaid debit R147. They charge me R200 yet the subscription is a mere R99. They refuse to cancell the debit order to a cash payment yet I've been paying cash for the past 6 months
