<p>I am being charged every month for a 2mbp/s uncapped adsl line. This month I have been notified that my speed will be throttled as I have reached some mysterious "quota". I was not notified of any kind of quota when I bought my line, or I would have reconsidered. Why pay for what I am not getting?</p>
