<p>On the 3rd of January I went into Telkom and cancelled my contract with the guy called Gershwin who works there. Subsequently I have been billed every month since then, I have been phoning every month to try and sort this out. I went back to the store only to be told they cannot help me but someone will call me back, someone did call me back , only to email me a cancellation form..... They have sent me a statement saying I have over R3000 credit with them and then this morning out of the blue just debited R1500 of my account!!!!! Who the hell do these people think they are, and then to say to me , they will give me a credit, to do freaking what with. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY. </p>

I was told today my one of your operators that even though you have received my cancellation form on the 3rd of January and have admitted this, it has not been processed yet, and even though you have all the paperwork it will not be cancelled until I resend it again. Do you understand how ridiculous you sound! I must resend a form that you already have in your possession for you to process. If you for one moment think I am going to leave it here you are mistaken .I am a single mother and to ***** money from me, I won't tolerate it.If you want to contact me here is my cell nr ********** 655 I won't put my ID number on a public site
