day light robery and milking my money

<p>Telkom mobile deducted R 6348 on April and they closed my contract/ account .When I made enquiries I was told the account is closed and I own them nothing(R0,00).Suprisely on the 25th of May they again deducted R648 from me and when question this they told now you don't owe us a thing...(but that was said last month)-whenrequesting a refund they refused with no detailed explaination.</p> <p>they continued to issue me with ref numbers instead of stopping deducting my money...</p>
