Day light roberry Service provider - Telkom

Day light *******!! So iv had my contract for almost 2 years. My account was debited on the 1st and it bounced. On the 2nd I payed the account via EFT and guess what? i got charged R202 for a bounced amount that I payed 24 hrs later!! What kind of day light ******* is that? when i called I'm told that there's nothing that can be done.
