Day light roberry

My WiFi router was delivered on Thursday and tomorrow is another Thursday and the SIM card has not been activated called the customer care line I'm told to go to Cell direct I have no business with cell direct and have never given any of my details to them yet I'm charged for this router that doesn't work

I am so angry right now there are no words to express how angry I am
