Day light *******.... TELKOM cancel my contract

I am extremely disappointed, unhappy and in the mix quite upset , I visited the Telkom website and to my surprise the Samsung galaxy a series was going from R179 onwards, the Samsung galaxy a20 is currently R179 on contract, I realised at this point that when I went into the telkom branch 6 months ago I was fooled and mis led Into believing that the Samsung galaxy A7 device was on promotion and that this device was the latest Samsung which had the best features a device could have.

I am currently stuck into a binding 24 month contract which I am paying R399 a month for on the smallest plan telkom has, this is complete day light *******, expecting a sales consultant to assist you and provide you with correct and factual information.

I requested for the contract to be cancelled howeve I was advised that I would still be required to pay for the device whichis R300 monthly, yet the Samsung A20 is currently making its rounds for ONLY R179?????????? This is completely outrageous, I feel I am paying for a high end device however was given basic device.

I want this contract cancelled
