Day light ******* by Telkom

Hello peter please help i took a contract phone with Telkom contract said i must pay R329 but they are debiting R450 why. Telkom is using me to make money. I went to the store where i took the contract and they couldn't solve my problem. But they say i took insurance with them which i never did and they cant even give or show me proof that I took insurance with them. I feel its a day light *******, i kept on reversing my money but they keep on deducting, Telkom they only care about the money not about their clients. I regret the day I took a contract phone with Telkom. Please Telkom must deduct what we agreed upon not what ever amount they want. I think of changing my bank account just to get away from them, myb they will take me seriously and call me and find a way forward.
