Day light ******* and breach of contract

On the 21November I received a call from ********** , thinking they where calling me back about my online order only to learn that they were offering me their 15gig November 15 gig for R99 router special of which I declined if they where not gonna give me a handset that I have been ordering sing September, the consultant check and she told me that they do have the Sony Xperia XA in stock it will be packed and delivered to me asap, she then went on to offer me the 15gig I told her again that I don't want a router without a phone she put me through to their manage to confirm that am taking the phone and router which I'd receive within 7 working days or a bit longer since it was black Friday, I received my package on the 15 of December because they had my ad read wrong, on opening it the was only a router in the box I immediately called the above number only to be cut off after several ring, I then wrote to then on Facebook, they escalated my query pending an investigation. On the first of Jan they emailed and invoices bearing a wrong address, I wrote to the again on Facebook, then on the 29 I got a call which they told me they on the wrong i ask the lady about the bill she told me they'd cancel and will send someone to collect the device/package, I asked will they be able to cancel the stop/debit order in the next 24hrs as it was going of on the 31st she assured me that it will cancelled. Came 31st R162, 87 went off at 21:38pm and was rejected since I didn't have funds I didnt mind the charges since they were gonna collect their device at no cost to me, then boom on the 15 Feb at 06:52am R261,87 TRACKED DEBIT TELK ********** 38Q, am livid I call 1023 or something but later I got through via 180/188 am not sure anymore the consultant check via my account I told her am waiting for someone to collect their device and I want my money back and I want the name of the girl who was assisting me on the 21st she gave her name Prina Matthews and she told me she's gonna send an email and they'd have to get back to me on the 28 Feb I was glued to my phone like a mad man nothing and this evening am just relaxing sms goes through R299,54 TELKOMMOBI ********** ********** 477244 and am ready to ****** someone now cause they taking for a stink human waste and I will be calling their centre as soon as am done with this! ???
