Telkom sucks. In Feb I signed a contract of 6G router for R150, but u just decided to debit R650 for 2 months now. For what I don't know. I just want my money back and you can cancel my contract with immediate effect. The data does not even last for 2 weeks but I'm paying lot of money for nonsense. I want my money back

26 May 2018, 00:55I've been struggling ever since to log in to Telkom App. The consultants don't explain anything, how it works. You will only see by being over debited, when I asked i was told abt spend limit which I did not know about coz I couldn't even log in to App. All I knew when I got this router was, I was gonna pay R150 for 6G i signed that. Now this? Oh he'll no money does not grow on trees. R650 it's a lot of money. This is nonsense. I want my money back, you can take your router back Telkom ? I want nothing to do with you anymore. Nxa

I will keep on reversing the money because u cannot deduct R1153.00 for an agreement that was supposed to be R149.00 I spoke to Charles Legege last week regarding my cancellation, he said matter has been resolved and I will even receive 5G for free. To my surprise I received an sms saying my account has been suspended after I spoke to him and telling him I won't pay for something i ddnt know about which is the spend limit, nobody at the store told me about it. So I guess it's a way of reaping people's money. I'm sick and tired of u people. I've sent Charles Legege e-mails till now no response. I just want to cancel that contract
