day light ******* from Telkom and BD attorneys

Good day . I would to report Telkom . My mother had a contract with Telkom a data contract and she passed away in 2021 and I submitted all the required documents including the death certificate to telkom outlet in Alberton . Last week I received a call from BD Attorneys and they told that they are calling on behalf of Telkom regarding my mother's acc . I called Telkom and they checked on their system and the death certificate was appearing on their system but the account was sold to the third party . The case number with Telkom is ***2 and the BD Attorneys Ref is TELY/A39248 . This is bad service from telkom because the necessary documents were submitted but the sold the account to the lawyers .
