Day light *******

Took out a 24 months WiFi contract in 2023, only for the contact amount to be increased in 2024. No communication was received re: increase or change in T&C's of contract. Disputed invoices not resolved. Telkom cannot explain why increase was implemented on an existing contract. Frustrating customer service, systems always down. Depending which agent you get, different information is given. STAY AWAY !!!
