Adsl line down on Friday. Call logged. Call again on Sunday. Get escalation reference. Sms received this morning. Line fixed. Check. .. not working. Call telkom again. . 40 mins on the call. Yes. . Confirmed. It's not working. Escalated again. Somebody will call me. WHEN?
