Date of requested service determination not adhere
On the 27 th of March I requested termination of my land-line contract as from the 1st of April 2016. I completed the necessary form at the Telkom branch at the Hemingway's Mall and was assured that the line would be cut off on the 1st of April. It is now the 6th of April and the line is still active. Telkom, please be advised that any charges levied after the 31 st of March will be ignored by me. My land-line no is/was ***
