DATA USED

Hi,<br> <br> I am on a price plan that gives me an additional 5gb of data. A few days ago i got a message telling me that i have 500mb left. This left me confused as it is the middle of the month and I have not used my data any differently from last month. When i contacted the call centre today, they told me I was on a price plan that gave me 1gb data a month and when i explained my data plan they later said yes it is the 5gb plan and I used up most of it. When i asked for the print out with the total number of data used they only sent me the data that i used and not the total and told me they cannot give me the total? i am confused and I do not believe that I used 4.5gb and I need the rest of my data back.
