Data usage

Telkom turnaround time on logged queries is 72 hours but I've logged this call the 24th of April still no response. I've called them to investigate what used my 700MB of data in 2 hours when the only application in use is Whatsapp. I've spoken to 3 data managers Sizwe Dlamini, Siphesihle Sithole and another lady. I've spoken to numerous call center agents and no one can help me. I cannot load data because it will be used up before i can even use it. I use my phone for assignments & now I'm stuck. Can i get feedback soon!!! I've sent emails to these managers & none of them responded to my emails except for acknowlegement of receipt of email. This is very frustrating.
