Data usage

I have a 10g Rooter and all has been well since last MONTH. It all started when my data ran out on the 15th which was very rear, but because it was the 1st month I was on Facebook so when I called the call cetre, they showed me where and how to manage data usage and I realized that Facebook was the problem. I took precautionary measures by deleting it from my phone and put restrictions on certain apps that would just update without consent. To my surprise this month got worse because it ran out on the 12th even after the measures mentioned above. I called the call center and complained has since been escalated till today. I m certain that something is wrong with your system because I m not your only customer who is experiencing this. I want my data
