Data that u can't use

It's been a whole week of not being able to access my telkom lit bundles, I've been given one excuses after another. I have 50gig lit video and 25 lit music that I'm unable to use. No one is giving me an answer. I bought this data with my money. My hard earned money. I want to use it and I want to use it now. Not tomorrow but now.
