Data Struggles

Good Day Sir/Madam

For the past four days I have been struggling to use Telkom App for my crawling business and now it is very much costly to buy other bundles , since I do not make much . Everytime I call they say it's gonna be fixed and when I phoned in just now ,they say other apps are working and some are not . Why on Earth do they fix some ? Now the lady at the call centre is advising me to ask someone to Hotspot me , while I have airtime that cannot be converted to data by Telkom .
