Data stollen and APP does not work.
Ver bad as it is over 2 weeks and no answer to what happened to our data.
There app does not work to show how much data you are using.

20 May 2018, 20:54All I received was a lot of numbers which tell me nothing. This month on 18/5/2018 my data was finished again. When I'm not using the wifi I unplug it and still my data vanished. How is it possible that i can use 10gigs of data when I use to buy 2gigs and still have data left after 30 daýs. And still do the same on my phone like I use to do with prepaid data. Also the Telkom app does not work. There is always n problem when I want to see how much data I have left. We have not received an email or a sms from you at all.

20 May 2018, 21:04We went to one of your stores and was told that the problem might be with the router. How can that be possible when this month we switch the unit off when not in use and ran out of data on the 18th again.
