Data shortage

We've logged a complaint with Telkom regarding shortage of data that was loaded , query was logged a month ago, till today we paid contract for shortage of data. Deal was 40gig day and 40 gig night, so since for the past 2 months they loaded 20 gig day and 20 gig night, they owe 40 day 40 night, when we call to find out what is the out come of the complaint, they said it has been resolved the data was loaded, which is incorrect as data was not loaded, they owe us data and we've been paying monthly
