DATA SERVICES **********LY ADDED TO MY CONTACT

Data services were **********ly added to my contract without my consent, I have paid over 4k for these data services which I did not consent to. I called the call centre and the team leader said they are unable to see when and by whom added the services and I must enquire at the store where I opened the contract.
