"Data Serve" more like "No Serve"

<p>After 3 weeks of being without a landline and ADSL, the connection was restored during last week (albeit with a totally different number), only to be disconnected again yesterday without any notice or anything.</p> <p>The total lack of customer care from Telkom is astounding and it brings us back to the only aspect that makes one use Telkom, the fact that they have a monopoly on copper connections to the home and they couldn't be bothered to provide a decent service because there is no competition!</p>
