Data rip-off

I want to warn people not to enter into a data contract with Telkom. My data disappears for no reason, I get data on the 1st of every month which includes whatsapp bundles and fixed voice bundles but my data gets depleted in 4 days. Surprisingly this started happening 3 months ago after I refused additional data bundles from their call Centre. If you ask me, this is just a way for them to force me into a contract that I don't need. I am not on social media and only access my emails and read the news on my phone. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY SETTINGS BECAUSE THAT'S THE FIRST EXCUSE THAT THEY WILL MAKE. I regret entering into this contract.
